Deadpool & Wolverine
It’s a race against time when Deadpool must save his world from extinction. The fix? He travels through the multiverse to replace the one anchor being that died in his world—Wolverine. But, when a rogue TVA agent banishes Logan and him to the Void, a wasteland world overseen by Cassandra Nova, who happens to be Charles Xavier’s sister, the pair must team with other outcasts to escape and save Wade’s timeline. Here are a few movie mistakes to look for while watching “Deadpool & Wolverine”.
· The TVA kidnaps Wade and he wakes up across the table from Paradox. In the front view of Paradox as he’s explaining the TVA is a “watchdog organization”, his arms/hands are in front of him on the table. It cuts to a wider view when he continues to explain “we’re in charge of defending the sacred timeline”, and his arms/hands are down. In the following close-up, they’re clasped in front of him again.
· Deadpool salutes Cap when he sees the video on the screen. The woman sitting behind him and Paradox is writing on a screen in the upper right quadrant with her right hand. It cuts to a rear view, and her right hand is down, near the paperwork she’s holding in her left hand. She then reaches up and starts to write in the upper right quadrant again.
· Deadpool is in the car with Elektra, Blade, Gambit, Laura (and a hidden Logan) toward Cassandra’s lair. Blade stands through the sunroof to fire a rocket at the closed gates. In the overhead view, as the car goes through the flames, Elektra hits the brakes and shifts gears and Blade is not standing through the sunroof. He’s there in the next close-up view.
· At the end of the movie, Deadpool and Logan are sitting on a bench eating. When Dogpool arrives, Wade tosses his food on the sidewalk, near the steps, a foot or two away from the end of the bench. In the farther view, when Dogpool runs up to him, the food is missing. It cuts back to the original view as he picks up the dog and the food has moved—it’s now in front of the bench.
“Deadpool & Wolverine” (2004) stars Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, Emma Corrin, Matthew Macfadyen, Dafne Keen, Jon Favreau, Morena Baccarin, Rob Delaney, Leslie Uggams, Jennifer Garner, Wesley Snipes, Channing Tatum, Chris Evans, Henry Cavill, Wunmi Mosaku, Aaron Stanford and Tyler Mane. It runs 128 minutes and is rated R for strong bloody violence and language throughout, gore and sexual references.
